01) Movement Assessment and History
After the first phone call and intake form are completed, our first visit is a deep dive into your physical history and current mobility. This step isn't just about identifying where it hurts; it’s about understanding why. By identifying specific restrictions, we ensure your session is safe, targeted, and effective.
2) Custom Treatment Protocol
